There is so much potential at this place so I will give it 4 stars cause there's some nice areas clean painted kept up but these few things are needed done ASAP!! Fix your bowling lounge seats there tore up from the floor up, you should also add a taller table with benches Behind to add more room to sit if your party is big. And the duck tape on the table is tacky! Don't have your product order on the left side of the last lane on pallets . Change your dividers in the bathroom there full of graffiti

We lost 200+ points on this one game (luck wasn't on our side) but this employee named Josh was super understanding and patient when we kept asking for him to fix the balls!! Give this man a raise because we finally got it!!!!!!!!

I wanted to make sure I recognized the staff members from this location on Aug. 15th after 7 pm. We had a change to a work event plan and decided to come to Round1 for a fun, team-building event. Our group size was about 12-16 people. I do not know how busy this location's bowling aspect or reservations worked. The staff members were all excited to help. I apologize for not writing down any names, as we got helped out by multiple staff members throughout our evening. Everyone was happy to assist, from the staff in the food service area, the bartender, the bowling reservation desk, and the support on the bowling lanes. Customer service that evening was exceptional. Our time came up, and we noticed that our group was split into two separate groups of lanes. Where lanes 3 & 4 sit together, and 5 & 6 sit as one group. We got assigned 4 & 5. Although it was back-to-back sides, we did not interfere with a family or another group as our large group would trample around between bowlers. They informed a staff member and were happy to call it in to switch to 5 & 6. However, now that we have moved, we have paid for their Immersive Bowling option with video projections on the bowling lanes, and Lane 6 has not loaded any graphics. Now, we switched back to Lanes 3 & 4 after a group on lane 3 completed their time. The staff quickly cleaned the tables and reset the bowling area for us. The staff member at the front desk (again, I apologize for not getting names written down; she was short, wearing a black mask, hat, and black hair) apologized and even offered to extend our bowling time for the inconvenience. The team enjoyed the extra time. A staff member was always nearby if we needed assistance. In the food category and drinks, well done. I am always skeptical about the quality and taste of food from places with arcades and bowling. The pizza was far better than my expectations of "bowling pizza." It was pretty good, and we ended up ordering an additional pizza for our group before we left. Overall, the staff did an excellent job solving technical issues and providing customer service. I felt welcomed. Kudos to all.

We had a great time here recently with my god kids. They loved it! We got the $50 play card, and played an array of video games and claw games. I have never been a fan of claw games as I never win anything from them, but this time I was able to win all 3 of us a prize from the claw machines. I do recommend going here when it is not peak hours as it may be hard to find someone to give you your prize since they are short staffed. But overall, a super fun spot. It is clean, tidy and fun spot to check out. Some of the games where broken, but we had a great time. I want to go back there and try some of the other attractions like the Karaoke Room, Bowling and Billiards. Thank you Round1!

Overall: 4.5/5 Round1 is located inside MainPlace Mall. They have karaoke, pool tables, a bar, food, bowling, and arcade games. Everything was clean and well-maintained for the most part. I didn't see anything out of service. There were only two games that I thought needed to be upgraded. One was the shooting game with the blue guns with the storyline of 2 guy cops taking out a bad guy and the other was the air hockey table. The guns for the cop shooting game is very laggy and not accurate. The air hockey table doesn't have much air to move the puck and the felt on the bottom of the paddles were almost completely gone so it was hard to move the paddles across the table. We did the 1 hour Time Play game for $10/hour (Fri-Sun weekend rate). You have to wait 90 seconds in between each game which worked for my husband & I since we watched each other play. I like that they show you the time left after each swipe as well. Most of the Time Play games were shooting, racing, music, or the stand-up arcade fighting games. They do charge $2 for a game card so if you have one, bring it with you! For the credit charge, it's $0.25/credit ($6 for 24 credits) but the more you buy the cheaper it gets with the cheapest being $0.14 ($110 for 777 credits). They had a good variety of games for both Time Play and non-time play games. For the crane machines, most were 13 credits per play with the prizes being big and cute plushies.
